		<description>The difference is in the time it takes to write up the programs. Each one is written a week at a time, tailored to the athlete and their skill level to help them progress at the right pace to avoid injury and overtraining. I am working on a few bare-bones programs for the 5k and 10k distance that will be available for free.</description>
