Wednesday- 7:00 PM
Sunday- 8:00 AM
Location:
The location and time will vary depending on the workout.
We will be down at Virginia Avenue Park, Washington Canal Park, Lincoln Park, Hains Point (East Potomac Park), or somewhere in SW/SE DC.
Requirements of the program:
-CrossFitting 4-6X per week (doesn’t have to be at CrossFit Capitol Hill, just be doing CrossFit somewhere.)
-We will be training for an endurance running event (TBD) and learning how to run efficiently.
* If you have a watch with a timer or programmable intervals, please bring it to each session.
