**The below schedule is tentative and currently on hold. Group runs will be starting up again very soon**
Schedule:
Monday – 7:00 PM
Wednesday- 7:00 PM
Saturday- 8:00 AM
Location:
The location and time will vary depending on the workout.
We will be at Lincoln Park, The Mall, Hains Point (East Potomac Park), or somewhere in SW/SE DC. Weekend runs may extend out to 4 Mile Run, Fort Marcy, or Fountainhead for hill repeats and trail running.
Requirements of the program:
-CrossFitting 4-6X per week (doesn’t have to be at CrossFit Capitol Hill, just be doing CrossFit somewhere.)
-We will be training for an endurance running event (TBD) and learning how to run efficiently.
* If you have a watch with a timer or programmable intervals, please bring it to each session.
